Juliet “Koi” Muiruri is an independent filmmaker, video artist, projection mapping artist, augmented reality artist, mixed media artist and artivist from Nakuru , Kenya.
Over the last 3 years, she has curated documentary shorts, video art concepts, mixed media presentations, 3D & 2D collage animations, short films, augmented reality experiences and projection mapping installations.
She explores experimental takes and blends digital technology, visual art and cinema to tell highly unique and stylized stories of the continent by tapping into folklore and history.
